Proposed Grade Boundaries

The Management have shown us some new hera grade boundaries - there are changes to the new structure in terms of where the boundaries are and the points needed to get to these grades. There is a lot of work still to be done on the scores - there are panels meeting to rescore old jobs and ensure consistency and equity. These scores will not be published but we do need some feedback as to what you think of the new structure. At the moment copies have been given to the group executive but we will be holding a meeting to discuss them.
